• Enhancement funds for children who have been abused and or are in foster care
• Special events for children and families in the child welfare system
• Long term foster care for youth and families previously served by Casey Family Program
• Resource Families Support Services for foster/resource families statewide including the Warm Line, support groups, training and mentoring.
• Training for professionals and families in attachment issues through the Hawaii Attachment Resources Connection

• Hawaii Foster Youth Coalition advocates for and assists youth leaving the child welfare system
• Continuing Education and Job Training program assists Casey youth in transitioning to adulthood.
